Top Bop is a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant specializing in fresh, flavorful rice bowls made for modern lifestyles. We opened our first location in Anchorage, Alaska in 2015, building our brand on a simple philosophy: quality food, fast service, and consistent value.

Over the years, our focus on clean ingredients, generous portions, and efficient operations helped Top Bop become a trusted everyday dining choice for families, students, and workers across Anchorage.
In 2025, we expanded to Vancouver, Washington, bringing the same reliable taste and fast-casual experience to the Vancouver–Portland metro area. Each location follows the same preparation standards and service model to ensure guests receive the same Top Bop quality, no matter where they visit.
